As someone immersed in the digital world, I know how easy it is for boundaries to blur, letting work creep into every corner of life. That’s why I’m sharing my thoughts on the importance of a digital detox and how crucial it is for mental health - especially for those of us working in social media or similar fields.

At our studio, we commit to a full two-week digital detox each year, which is no small feat considering we never close otherwise. This dedicated break helps us recharge and stay creative in a world that constantly demands our attention.

In this episode, I’ll also walk you through why business owners need to plan their own detoxes, communicate these breaks to clients, and embrace guilt-free time offline. Because when you step away from the screen, you protect yourself from burnout and come back stronger. Let’s talk about how to make it happen!
