In this episode, Jules Maloney of the Wisconsin Chapter joins me to discuss the 'needs onion'.This layered approach of understanding that every behavior expresses a need helps us become more self-aware and move past judgment.Jules and I take an in-depth look at our needs as a human, discuss real-life, real-time examples of identifying our needs and how to manage those feelings and physical changes they could bring on.Our discussion mainly focuses on going through the onion from the inside out - which helps lead us to better self-awareness.
