Dr. Stuart Grant is a distinguished figure in the MedTech industry, boasting a career that spans over two decades with leading companies such as Johnson & Johnson and DePuy Synthes. His expertise encompasses innovation, product design, engineering, regulatory affairs, and project management, making him one of the few professionals capable of steering complex medical devices from concept to market approval.

In 2023, Stuart founded Archetype MedTech, an innovation management consultancy that specializes in obtaining market approval for medical devices. Archetype offers a range of services, including strategic optimization of product innovation practices, customized innovation procedures, investor-ready technical evaluations, and team training focused on market approval readiness. The consultancy aims to empower MedTech entrepreneurs with the insights and support needed to bring life-changing medical devices to market.

Stuart's academic credentials are equally impressive. He holds a PhD in Technology & Innovation Management from Cranfield School of Management, an MSc in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, and a BSc (Hons) in Product Design from Bournemouth University.
