In this episode, I sit down with Lauren to explore the deep emotional roots behind her repeating toxic relationship patterns. Lauren opens up about the pain of attracting emotionally unavailable and self-centered partners, and the exhausting cycle of over giving, self-doubt, gaslighting, and anxious attachment that follows.

Throughout our conversation, I help Lauren uncover the subconscious beliefs planted during childhood that still shape her adult relationships. Together, we dive into a powerful inner child healing exercise, where Lauren meets the younger version of herself, the little girl who felt unseen, unimportant, and like a burden, and begins the process of releasing these long-held wounds.

This episode highlights how generational emotional pain can unconsciously drive our adult relationship patterns, and how self-awareness, emotional healing, and compassionate self-talk can break the cycle.

Lauren’s biggest takeaway from this coaching session was realizing that she’s not broken or unworthy, but deeply loved, supported, and powerful enough to create a new story for herself and her future relationships.

If you’ve ever felt stuck in toxic relationship patterns, this episode will speak to your heart.
