In this episode our CEO Ian Mclean sits down with David Schooley who has 30+ years of entrepreneurial experience, 17 years in real estate and negotiation training from both Harvard Business School and Harvard Law, it’s no wonder David (aka “The Negotiator”) has been dubbed the Michael Jordan of real estate.

As an award-winning Broker with RE/MAX Twin City, a Director with the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) 2020-2023 , and a weekly real estate advice columnist published by Metroland Media (The Record/Toronto Star), people know to “Ask David” when they need straightforward advice. David has earned his industry stripes as a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), and recipient of the Platinum Club, Chairman’s Club and Lifetime Achievement Awards from RE/MAX Ontario Atlantic.

He is also an active philanthropist. A community builder by nature, David’s “Stuff the Hummer” family events have raised over 250,000 emergency meals for the Food Bank of Waterloo Region. He’s been the Top Fundraising Agent for Children’s Health Foundation and Children’s Miracle Network three out of the past four years, and donates to these organizations each time a client buys or sells a property. David also fundraises each year for OneROOF Youth Services, Hockey Helps the Homeless and Breast Cancer Research.
