Jill invites listeners this week to listen in as she offers up some exciting updates - plans for the near future that are on the horizon. This isn’t an episode that Jill had technically planned, but that is also kind of her point.

After scrapping not one but two full recordings (one because it didn’t feel right, the other because of a technical mishap), she offers listeners this entirely raw and unscripted episode to discuss what happens when things fall apart or veer off course. What do we do when things don't go according to plan, when the work that we poured our hearts into disappears without a trace, when something we thought was meant for others ends up being just for us? Jill explores and reflects on the beauty and wisdom that can come from chaos, opening up about the threads connecting every disappointment, delay, and detour. From lost audio to unspoken grief, she touches on how surrendering control can open doors to truths that tight and strict plans often keep closed.

She also certainly does not hold back when it comes to calling out toxic productivity and the way that we deplete ourselves by overgiving, and she shares what it looks like to unapologetically prioritize yourself.

You’ll also hear some behind-the-scenes insight into how she’s built a profitable coaching practice on her terms, without burning out or selling herself short, so while this episode might have been a bit unplanned, it's nothing short of real and authentic.

Show Notes:

[06:38] - Hear how Jill shared her income transparently to inspire others, regardless of differing reactions or judgments. [08:19] - Jill has designed her life around honoring herself and no longer apologizes for it. [10:55] - In July, Jill plans to offer flexible “drive-by coaching” entirely via Telegram, no appointments required. [12:46] - Your inner wisdom outranks anyone else’s because no one knows better than you about your own path!
