In this episode, we explore what happens when social consciousness becomes too strong — when emotion, sentiment, or representation overwhelms our ability to think clearly and judge fairly. Through the example of a courtroom, we look at how society often needs neutrality, even detachment, to access truth. When expression becomes too pronounced, it stops us from seeing nuance and forces us into overload.
