British Columbia boasts one of the strongest craft beer scenes in the country, and it's not something that we get a taste of enough out East. So when we got word that a new brewery was crushing the haze game in BC, we had to have them on. Miguel and Andrea Molina of Changing Colours Brewing Project joined Cee to chat about the difference between their hazy IPAs and their saturated hoppy ales, why they put their flagship beers in short cans vs tall cans, their awesome story of owning the best beer bar in Quito, Ecuador to moving to BC to work in beer and start their own brewery, how they both work together on the business as a husband and wife duo, why the West Coast hasn't embraced haze as much as the East, how they got their hype status, how they've been working with local breweries to get their beer on tap, and where they plan to take the company. They got into six gems from their lineup - New Wave Double Dry-Hopped Pale Ale, Astro Zombies Double Dry-Hopped Hazy IPA, All My Friends Are Metalheads Saturated Hoppy Ale, The Separation of Church & Skate: Skate Hoppy Ale and Church Hoppy Ale, and Anti Manifesto Amplified Hazy IPA. This was a gem - cheers!
