Edward M. Lerner is the author of sixteen science-fiction novels (five of them collaborations with Larry Niven) and dozens of shorter works. The third and final novel in his InterstellarNet series won the inaugural Canopus Award for fiction “honoring excellence in interstellar writing,” while other stories have been nominated for Locus, Prometheus, and Hugo awards. His latest novel, in 2021, was Déjà Doomed.
