After 27 years in the Saint John Fire Department as a fire fighter and deputy chief, Mark founded Emergency Services International, specialists in risk management, risk assessment, business continuity and community resilience. Based in Saint John. New Brunswick ESI has clients locally, provincially, nationally and internationally. The company prepares risk management assessments, plans and ongoing training for organisations such as Saint John Port and Airport to energy facilities and also has worked with Saint Lucia on its emergency response planning and training.
