Adam Gross is an entrepreneur and a veteran of several start-ups in the software and services sector. Prior to RightEye and HarmonEyes, Adam co-founded a healthcare software services company. After an acquisition to a larger competitor in 2012, Adam met Dr. Melissa Hunfalvay during a tennis match and not long after they started RightEye and have recently expanded the business to include HarmonEyes. Adam and his wife reside in the Washington, DC area and is the proud father of 3 young adults.
RightEye is an eye-tracking company that delivers a medical device to healthcare providers such as eye care and neuro-rehabilitation, hospitals, elite sports and military. This year RightEye launched HarmonEyes, a software business that leverages eye-tracking and AI. As eye-tracking sensors become ubiquitous in vehicles, cockpits, XR headsets, monitors, phones and tablets, HarmonEyes delivers a number of solutions that identify and predict the state of a user, preventing problems and improving performance of many tasks. Examples include fatigue and cognitive load. Additionally, HarmonEyes helps make eye-tracking sensors interoperable by creating a standardized eye-tracking output across all devices.
