Beneath the town of Oak Hollow are drainage tunnels – ones that lead to hell. That’s what the legend says, at least. When three friends venture in to see for themselves, only two come out again. Eleven years later, the cold case takes a turn when the remains of the missing friend are found. Now, the two remaining friends, Jack and Drew, must face the past and the secrets of the town.
