Hello everyone, I’ve never really known whether I’m high or low maintenance sometimes I dip into both and sometimes I’m just neither. In fact, most of us are probably just medium. This week I will be discussing what created these labels, the negative and positive connotations they may bring to a person and how adaptable we can be to our present lives.
