In a recent article entitled “The Digital Future of Survey Research Faces a Challenge,” Will Johnson, CEO of The Harris Poll, shared a few insights in the interview. They were around the following points: 1) verifying authenticity of respondents; 2) faster, cheaper delivery via a dashboard; 3) reaching people where they are. In this episode, I’ll dive deeper into those points and what technology brings to the table.
