On this episode of the podcast I sat down with the head coach of Higher Jiu Jitsu, John Smallios and one of the purple belt coaches, Matt Panza.
We recorded this episode right before the lock down here in Sydney and only a month or so after my return to Sydney.
These are two of my favourite people, they are great mates of mine and have had a huge influence in my jiu jitsu style and growth on and off the mats. It is a pleasure to be back on the mats at Higher and I'm looking forward to more grapples with everyone when Covid permits!
