On this episode of the podcast I sat down with Maxwell Hearn and Adam Selby to discuss the Eternal MMA 56 fights that occurred on the weekend. Then we had a more casual conversation towards the end of the podcast where we spoke about Broome BJJ and the new gym opening up there, as well as the wet t-shirts comps on offer in Broome, shark attacks and what Max is getting up to on the mats this year.

PS. This week marks one year of AOS being live and in that time we have published 40 episodes and clocked just over 5000 plays. We have had guests from WA, NSW and VIC. It has been a grind, but I have enjoyed every moment of it. I've been blessed with new friends, a bigger network and heaps of top quality instruction from great coaches and practitioners everywhere. One of my biggest takeaways from this project is that Jiu Jitsu and martial arts are filled with great people from all walks of life and we all share the same passion. It has been a privilege.
