This is Gavin ,

He talks about his childhood and his few years in the foster care system and what led him to join the Army.

Gavin served 12 years in the British army doing 3 tours of duty with 59 independent commando sqn in Bosnia, Afghanistan & Iraq.

After he left the military he went onto work in the Survailance industry before one night which changed his life.

He talks about that night where he somehow survived a widow maker heart attack.

He gives his perspective on life after this event.

He talks about his recent charity event where he walked the length on Ireland 🇮🇪 to raise funds for a local charity in need.
