Espezieei buruz aritu gara gaurkoan. Aurreko saioetan ere aipatu izan ditugu, baina gaurkoan ikerketa bat ekarri dugu, datu interesgarri asko dituelako. Kurkuma, kanela eta jengibrea oso ohikoak ditugu gure artean, baina badira espezietzat jotzen diren sendabelarrak ere (ezkaia, oreganoa edo salbia), eta baita hauts egindakoan espezietzat hartzen ditugun barazkiak ere, piperrak kasu.
