In this short, unedited dog-walk episode, I share a strange personal experience with sleep, supplements, and aphantasia. After struggling with insomnia and experimenting with magnesium glycinate and L-Theanine, something unexpected happened—I vividly heard a song in my head, almost as if it were playing through headphones.

It left me wondering: was this an auditory hallucination, a side effect of exhaustion, or maybe even the result of a simple deficiency? Could minerals or nutrients like magnesium or L-Theanine play a bigger role in visualization and inner experience than we realize?
