Episode Summary:
In this powerful and transparent episode, I dive into the heart of why I used to constantly worry and people please—and how I broke free by embracing God’s truth. I share my personal journey, starting from childhood experiences of rejection, all the way to a transformative moment on a London train platform after reading Destined to Reign by Joseph Prince.

Through it all, I discovered the life-changing message in Philippians 4:6:

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.”

This verse didn’t fully sink in until I understood who I am in Christ—and that I already have God's approval. From that place of truth, I began setting boundaries, finding peace, and creating more time in my life for what matters.

In this episode, we’ll explore:
✔️ How people pleasing starts early through the need for validation
✔️ Why worry feels like “caring” but only drains your time and energy
✔️ How identity in Christ breaks the cycle of external validation
✔️ The importance of setting boundaries with love, honesty, and maturity
✔️ What it means to truly walk in peace and give yourself (and others) grace
