I sit down with Sex Educator and Relationship Coach, Bre Reilly, as she shares about her own personal love liberation journey as well as the kind of work she does with her clients - including couples. Bre is someone who both creates and holds deep spaces for others to speak freely, feel deeply, and create relationships that reflect their real selves... but she also models this in her own life, which we dive deep into in this episode.

After a recent break-up, which also followed her divorce, she has chosen a path of self commitment, including a ceremony to make it official and commit to being her own primary partner. We get into how she's in this new phase of life feeling deeply empowered. Bre tells us about what this all means to her and why it's been so important in her own healing journey.

I loved this vulnerable and insightful interview with Bre, and I know you all are going to love it too. We also get into topics around sexual exploration, polyamory, and just relating in general.
