Situations are not bad or good it's our thinking that makes them good or worse. Every situation provide us with two opportunities whether we should react to that situation in a negative way or we should analyse the situation and respond to it in a positive way.

If we we focus on negativity then we will observe that negative things are increasing in our life, whereas if we focus on positivity then we will observe that positive things are improving in our life.

So the simple rule is the more we focus on a positive situation, more we will get positive things in life.
