Why does it feel like everybody on the internet is talking about ADHD? Statistically LGBT+ people are more likely to be neurodivergent, and more adults than ever are getting ADHD and autism diagnoses. This week we sit down with the only TV presenter in the UK with tourette's Aidy Smith, and go [ALL IN] on neurodiversity and the impact an adult diagnosis can have of a person's life. We get personal and discuss our own struggles with depression and how this is often misdiagnosed, and whether medication can indeed transform your life.

If you're neurodivergent and LGBT+, please get in touch to share your experience, and DM us on Instagram @watchallout.
