In this episode, Alex shares the story of one of his and Pooh´s mentees who added lead generation to his Airbnb business, which enabled him to level up his profits surprisingly quickly. Within 4 weeks of starting to focus on lead generation, he did a deal to house 30 people for 12 months. The deal saw other landlords pay him a total of £5,000 to £6,000 per month for a whole year and he has several similar deals in the pipeline.
