1. This year marks the 85th anniversary of the 1939 Wizard of Oz film. How did that milestone influence your approach to adapting the story?

2. You’ve been granted access to the film’s archives—what kind of reference material or behind-the-scenes details most inspired your adaptation?

3. You’re launching a Kickstarter for this project this month—what can backers expect in terms of rewards, exclusives, or behind-the-scenes content?

4. You’re handling writing, art, and covers. How did balancing all three roles shape the way you told this story?

5. You’ve described this as “not reinventing the wheel” but adding your interpretation. Can you share some of the ways you’ve put your own creative stamp on the classic?

9. How do you hope this adaptation will resonate with younger readers who may be discovering The Wizard of Oz for the first time?
