In the third part of this series, we focus on the conclusion of the trial, and all of the aftermath. With Karen acquitted, we talk about what might be next for her, and what, hopefully, is next for the investigation into John’s death. We talk about the press, the spectacle that has surrounded this case, and commentary from members of Karen’s defense team as well as jurors from the second trial. We theorize what we anticipate, what we will see in the future, and what the public and media’s perspective has been on the acquittal.
