Today we are talking about the sometimes painful part of personal growth. If you’ve been on your journey of self-discovery and development, you may have felt like you don’t “fit” in your usual social situations anymore. And that’s totally normal! The unease you feel in these situations means that you have evolved. I want you to know that if you’ve felt this way lately, you’re not alone. And while it can feel bad or make you think you’re doing something wrong, you aren’t. You’re growing, changing, evolving, and moving with life’s ever-changing tides just as you were made to do.
