This is twelfth and final part of the third series of Season 2, which is about what I call the "Universal Shape of Leadership and Creation".
Whenever anything is build or created, I think it always follows the same general process. I've boiled it down into 8 basic steps that bridge the gap between conception and execution. Everything you need to know about leadership is in these steps somewhere, and if you're dissatisfied with your results this is the diagnostic you need.
The 8 steps bridge the gap between Purpose, Strategy, and Action. It works best when done in that order, and for many reasons. This episode describes the shape and scope of the gap. In the next episode we'll begin to fill it in.
Thanks for listening to this series. I hope you have enjoyed it and found your powers of leadership and creation changed for the better! This process has come from working with countless leaders and organizations, observing the universal shape of the process, and contemplating its articulation. I wrote the book containing these words more than a year ago, and have written another since then, but they still ring as true today as when I penned them.
