What separates the average recruiters from those who are achieving exceptional results?

It's all in the corner cutting.

Many recruiters want to get from A to Z as quickly as possible, but in doing so, they sacrifice the quality of the steps in between. This leads to incomplete client qualification, missed opportunities with candidates, and a lack of follow-up and marketing for unsuccessful candidates.
