The Chicago market is starting to slow down a bit. However, there are still benefits out there for both buyers and sellers.
What this means for buyers is that you may have to look at a few more homes to find what you want. You’ll still be able to get a good deal; it will just take longer.
You still have the opportunity for a good deal.
For sellers, it means that there is less competition and it’s a great time to put your home on the market.
