Mitch and Rich hit a major milestone — the 100th episode of The Foamy Heads Podcast! To celebrate, we teamed up with our friends from the Brewery Underground Podcast for a live recording at Cedar Glade Brews in Murfreesboro, TN.

In this special episode, we sit down with Jonathan, owner of Cedar Glade Brews, who shares the story of how the brewery came to life, and Robert, the head brewer, who guides us through an incredible lineup of new and experimental brews. We got to sample some absolute standouts — the “Not Beer” seltzer, a crisp and surprisingly bold 8% seltzer infused with watermelon syrup (shoutout to Ebony & Ivory Brewing in Knoxville for helping fine-tune this banger), the silky and rich MTSU Chocolate Milk Stout Prototype 3, and the tart yet refreshing Plum Guilty fruit beer.
