It's by Ray Nelson, who co-wrote a book (The Ganymede Takeover) with his boyhood friend, Philip K. Dick, the science fiction genius. One of his quotes (Ray's) is that the only two times in which Philip K. Dick took LSD was when he gave it to him. He also wrote Blake's Progress AKA Timequest, based on the medieval character of William Blake
