In this week's episode of MAV’s Coffee Clarity, MAV takes a seat with Marcie Setlow, the Publisher of the online newspaper The Berkshire Edge (www.theberkshireedge.com) which she founded in 2014 with David Scribner. Before that, she spent many years developing, selling and managing media projects for national and international broadcast on such outlets as PBS, the BBC, NHK in Japan and Antenne 2 in France. As a community leader she is former president of New York Women in Film & Television. In the Berkshires, she is president of Close Encounters with Music and a board member of Berkshire Playwright Lab. Her love for journalism goes all the way back to her high school newspaper in New Haven, and that early spark has carried her through a lifetime of storytelling, community leadership, and cultural advocacy. She is a connector. A creator. A steady, thoughtful voice who has shaped how we understand this region and the people who call it home. I am honored to have her with us today on MAV’s Coffee Clarity.

This is where I talk with fascinating people, entrepreneurs, creatives, movers, makers, and MAVericks, who’ve turned challenges into silver linings and learned to laugh along the way.

It’s real talk, no fluff, no edits. Just business and life hacks, the real beans, served with humor and heart.
Short episodes (27, 36, or 45 minutes max) because we’ve got lives to live and dreams to chase!
