When I was younger I thought, "Do I really need to be taking these multi-vitamins because I don't feel any different." HA! Now I'm older and wiser! Most people lack vital vitamins and minerals and develop diseases—This is part of the reason! Now, I surely take a multi-vitamin to fill in the gaps if I don't get a certain nutrient that day. I take vitamin D3 is vital as well. I have people take a hair analysis to see what they are lacking to see what else they may need in my 12-week program to start HEALING THEIR MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS.
