It's incredible what a single week featuring a surprisingly commanding victory over a top-tier opponent can do! Suddenly, a segment of the Dolphins' fan base has their heads in the clouds thinking of magical possibilities for the 2025 season. A win in Spain over the struggling Commanders may very well send the Dolphins into the bye week believing anything is possible. The truth is that the road is still long, bumpy, and winding, but the Commanders do appear to be the right opponent at the right time for the Dolphins. Washington has given up at least 25 points in each of their last 5 games – all losses. Three of those games saw Washington giving up at least 38 points.
