Episode 198: Omaima Nelson and the murder of Bill Nelson

Omaima was born in the late 1960s and was raised in Cairo, Egypt as one of 16 children. After her parents divorce, she went with her mother to live in an impoverished part of the country. She moved to America at 18 when she married an American man, but she was divorced and working as a model and sex worker when she met 56 year old Bill Nelson when she was 22. The couple had a seemingly happy relationship until Thanksgiving in November of 1991, the last time any of Bill’s family would ever hear from him. What followed was a gruesome discovery including dismemberment, castration, cannibalism, and more, as well as a trial that revealed the true horrors of Omaima’s earliest years.
