Most chemicals that we come into contact with are quite safe. They're not ideal to have but don't cause problems for most of us. That said, just like too much sun exposure, too much sleep, and too much good food, anything, even a chemical, can cause some harm.

Let's go through the average cabinet and talk about practical ways of getting rid of unncessary things to stay healthy and feel better.
