You don't have to be strong all the time. God never asked you to carry every burden on your own or to pretend that everything is okay when it isn't. In fact, Scripture reminds us that our weakness is often the very place where God's strength shines the brightest. Paul wrote, "But he said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me" (2 Corinthians 12:9).

There is freedom in admitting that you're tired, weary, or broken. You don't have to fake being okay before God—He sees your tears, hears your sighs, and holds your heart with tenderness. Jesus Himself invited us, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28).

Strength is not about never falling—it's about knowing where to run when you do. Rest in His arms. Let Him fight for you. Lay down the heavy load you've been dragging and trust His heart to carry you. You don't have to be strong all the time because God always is.
