Convict being part of the skeleton crew has lost his memory in previous books and this book is involving him regaining his memory while winning the game and heart of the main character Mila. Mila is currently dealing with a lot of things within her family after her grandfather's death. After joining an auction to be put only to being tricked into the game held by the skeleton crew. she was to be claimed by somebody else to win. convict rescues her and swears to help her in Finding the truth of why the family's business is going under and why these bad people are after her. While this is going on Convict is slowly regaining his memories in dealing with other threats possible. New characters come into the scene like lovelyn Who is Detective Kenny's daughter and Kane Who is Mila's brother And they come to find out that there is a 3rd sibling. Recommend reading the first three books before reading this one.
