Manage episode 509393938 series 3670581
Reinvention doesn’t always require a leap. It can begin with one clear choice, followed by steady steps fueled by clarity and grit.
In this episode of Her Table, Her Rules, Juliet Peters meets with Erica Seagrave, owner & CEO of MJS Seagrave Consultants, to unpack the power of intentional change. Erica shares how she built a business from scratch, scaled it across states, and sold it on her own terms, then walked away to start over again.
Erica opens up about the mindset that helped her navigate uncertainty, lead through mistakes, and grow with purpose. The conversation cuts through the noise and gets to what it really takes to build wealth and freedom: strategy, clarity, and the willingness to do hard things.
For women redefining their next chapter, this episode offers both validation and a game plan.
