Last week, while researching the topic of the "must have" business tools and resources, I was stunned to see Customer Service tossed at the bottom of the list, like a an afterthought. From my earliest days of being employed, customer service has been at the core of what I do, and without good customer service practices in place I don't think I would have a business. Seeing it listed as such a low priority and got me asking A LOT of questions.

Those questions lead me to today's episode building solid relationships by leaning into discomfort first. According to a Psychology Today article, Embracing Growth and Relationship Discomfort "Strong and fulfilling relationships require vulnerability, open communication, and a willingness to embrace discomfort." And that is what we are going to be doing today.

Here is a more in depth look at what you'll find in today's episode...
☕ Why I believe listing customer service last is truly the elephant in the room
☕ Solid reasons as to why customer retention is so much more effective and fun that customer acquisition
