In this shorty episode, I’m taking you all the way back to my very first day alcohol-free: May 13, 2019.

I’ll share what life looked like the week before, how my husband and I went from heavy drinking to considering a break, and the exact details of how I got through Day 1. From writing “I do not drink” in my journal, to listening to This Naked Mind on my commute, to sipping LaCroix and kombucha at home. This was the day that quietly but powerfully changed everything.
