Matt Cvetic is trying to spend some time away from the Communists in an small, obscure hotel two hundred miles from his home. Suddenly, a messenger comes to his door and leaves a telegram that reads "Don't leave town. Instructions will follow." The message was sent from comrade Harry Webster, the leader of a local Communist cell. The instructions came the next morning by registered mail, they read "Rent an apartment at 224 West Globe Street, install a telephone, and wait for me there, signed Webster". Matt arrives at the address, rents the room under Webster's name, and pays the first month's rent. He then finds a phonebooth and makes a long distance call to the FBI. He tells his FBI contact everything that has happened so far. The contact says "Albatross Tool Corporation is in that town. The government just gave them a big order to manufacture parts for atomic weapons".
