Are you interested in trying Bulletproof Coffee by Dave Asprey? I heard that he drinks his coffee with butter, and I found this very interesting, and after reading his book, The Bulletproof Diet, and listening to his podcast, Bulletproof Radio, I decided that I would his coffee.
Dave Asprey recommends that you have grass fed butter, such as Kerrygold butter, with your coffee so that you can get some saturated fat in your diet. I was skeptical of this at first, but after reading a lot of books and saturated fat and cholesterol, I figured that it was safe and healthy. so I’m going to give this a try.
Have you ever heard of the Bulletproof Diet before, or have you tried Bulletproof Coffee before? I’d love to hear about your experience down in the comments below.
Another aspect of the Bulletproof Diet and Bulletproof Coffee is that you should also add some MCT oil to the coffee so that you bring some healthy saturated fat directly to your brain which is one of the many good properties of MCT oil. Dave Asprey makes his own MCT oil called Brain Octane Oil and I have been adding that to my coffee as well.
Do you know how to say coffee in other languages? In Chinese it’s 咖啡. In spanish it’s café. In Portuguese it’s café. In Hindi it’s कॉफ़ी. In Arabic it’s قهوة.
