Welcome to The 60 and More Crowd Podcast! I’m your host, Sue Plant, broadcasting from Canada. It’s exciting to see this growing global community tuning in!

Work is evolving and so is the new workplace —especially for those aged 60 and beyond. Retirement is being redefined, with many embracing new opportunities instead of stepping away completely. The 60 and More Crowd Podcast explores this shift, bringing insights, trends, and real stories to support older workers in navigating their career longevity.

My journey from a long-time career in sales and marketing to new, flexible chapters inspired this podcast. While my longtime work experience roots are in the Canadian marketplace, I will bring an global/ international perspective on workforce longevity. Let's learn from each other.

In this episode, we take a global look at how different countries support older worker engagement:

  • Europe (a broad view) Source
  • Scandinavia (Sweden, Norway, Denmark)
  • Japan
