During lockdown, Debbie suffered from severe agoraphobia, feeling completely trapped inside her home and mind, unable even to step into the garden.

Discovering mindfulness, breathing exercises, and the power of positivity helped her reclaim her life and find a sense of freedom.

Now, Debbie is an agoraphobia survivor and a passionate mental health and wellbeing guide. She empowers others to transform their mental health into a strength and live life on their own terms.
