Michael is the author of the Amazon best-seller, "Skyrocket Your Teacher Coaching" and Co-Host of the Podcast, "Informal Observations." He is Founder and CEO of Skyrocket Education, started to provide a more precise and intentional path for school leaders and school teams to develop their teachers, build their own capacity and to run excellent schools. As a teacher, instructional coach and Director of Strategic Partnerships for Mastery Charter Schools, he experienced up close the impact that pinpoint coaching can have on a teacher or leader's practice.
In his spare time, Michael likes listening to pop music, jumping in the North Atlantic Ocean in the winter, and wrestling with his three children.
