Together they encourage diverse members to be visible to help challenge preconceived perceptions of the automotive sector.

In this conversation, both Marie-Fleur and Dani discuss in depth their observations on how the automotive industry has changed and developed within their careers. They discuss the effect of a more inclusive process that has enabled automotive to welcome talents from other industries, which in turn helps promote creativity, breathe new ideas into the sector and ultimately perform better together. They discuss some recent use cases from within Audi and the wider industry and lastly, they have a clear message for anyone wishing to consider a career in automotive.
