Dr Bruno Cayoun is a clinical and research psychologist and developer of Mindfulness-integrated Cognitive Behavior Therapy. He is the founder and Director of the MiCBT Institute, providing MiCBT training to mental health professionals internationally since 2003. He is the clinic Director at Macquarie Psychology in Australia and undertakes influential mindfulness research. He is the author and co-author of 5 books and scientific articles. He has been practicing mindfulness meditation since 1989.
