In this episode Nicholas McKie speaks to Barry Dequanne. Originally from Canada, Barry is currently serving as the Director of the International School of Zug and Luzern (ISZL) in Switzerland. Barry has more than twenty-five years of international administrative and teaching experience, including work at schools in the Kingdom of Swaziland, Buenos Aires, São Paulo and Brasilia. Barry is currently serving as a Board Member with the Association for the Advancement of International Education (AAIE) and the Swiss Group of International Schools (SGIS). He has also served as a consultant and facilitator working with international schools in school improvement, leadership, governance, strategic planning, and program and policy development.
